Icon Mick Jagger in LONDON – British rock said it was “devastated” on Saturday as Rolling Stones had to cancel the US and Canadian travel rounds to get medical treatment.

“I love it you'll be letting down this way,” wrote the 75-year-old on his Twitter account, without specifying what treatment he was getting.

“I've been horrific that I have to put the trip back but I will work hard to get back on the platform as soon as possible.” T

The legends said that they were going out, saying they would re-record the dates.

“Doctors have advised Mick that he can't go for a walk at this time, as he needs medical treatment,” the band's official statement said.

“The doctors have advised Mick that it is expected to get better until he gets back on stage as fast as possible.”

Jagger's eight children, five grandchildren and a great-grandson, have been involved in the supermarket stage in the 70s, performing in the 2013 Glastonbury Festival of Britain.

The band, formed in 1962, planned to play 17 performances in the USA and Canada between April and June.
