Four in Saskatchewan have died from the flu from September to December this year, depending on the latest flu of the region.
Lack of labeling demonstrations are also very much this season, compared to the same period in 2017 and 2016.
From September 1 to December 8 this year, 866 people were confirmed to have a flu. In 2017, from September 1 to 9 December, 170 of the confirmed cases were and in 2016 there were 87 cases between September 1 and December 10.
Eleven people were sent to intensive care units in a hospital with a severe illness last year, the report says. Compared to this, through the same time frame in 2017, two were introduced into ICUs and in 2016 were not included up to December 10.
The Canadian Public Health Group report for the week of December 2 to December 8 reported that 16 deaths in Canada were associated with flu so long this season.
