Frozen water going to parts of southern Quebec

Good weather news: it's not cold today.

Bad weather news: a different kind of bad winter weather is going on.

The Canadian Environment has given a warning of frozen water for parts of southern Quebec

The spraying begins in the Outaouais and St. Lawrence last year and going east of Laurentians, Lanaudière, Vaudreuil and Montreal.

The Montreal area reaches around 9 p.m. There are about two or five millimeters of falling rainfall, except in places north of Montreal, where that number is; rising from 5 to 10 millimeters.

Ultimately the ice water changes over water to Sunday.
