The Nissan Motors of Japan and the French Renault and associated Mitsubishi regulation have been announced that they will be completely redesigning the organizational structure of the world's largest car industry.

A director board of the Renault, Nissan and Mitsubishi factory takes over the reins of cooperation between car manufacturers – which was named after Tuesday in the Nissan Yokohama Center.

He is headed by Renault president Jean-Dominique Senard and members of Renault, Nissan and Mitsubishi, Thierry Bolloré, Hiroto Saikawa and Osamu Masuko.

The reorganization was carried out after the succession of Carlos Ghosn, which was arrested in November last. Ghoson, one of the world's most famous business leaders, is known to be in a scandal about his wages. As a senior executive, he had too much power, having cut down management work and corporate governance. Hiroto Saikawa, Chief Executive of Nissan, called at a press conference today that this is an equal partnership working.

Last week, after 100 days, Joe was released for a $ 9 million bank, which now gets a bill of $ 82 million for his wages for nearly a decade. After the scandal, Renault started looking into the interior, investigating issues such as the 2016 wedding wedding, held in the Chateau of Versailles, to qualify for Renault money.

The arrest arose in November between Nissan and the main owner, Renault, and it seemed that in the future the alliance was still under question. However, Nissan was not happy with Gosnell's attempts to melt Renault.

This was based on Renault's property, which dates back to 1999 when Nissan bought 43 per cent of an Japanese flag in an emergency. Nissan, on the other hand, only 15 per cent of the Renault non-voting regions, and the French government is the principal shareholder of the company. Mitsubishi, a third member of the collaboration, is 34 per cent by Nissan.
