England take on Croatia at Wembley this afternoon in their final UEFA Nations League group game.
Following Croatia's 3-2 win over Spain, Gareth Southgate's side can confirm their place at next summer's finals with a win on home turf – but could drop out of the top tier with a defeat or a score draw.
The manager has picked a strong line-up against the team that cruelly knocked the Three Lions out of the World Cup this summer; City quartet Kyle Walker, John Stones, Raheem Sterling and Fabian Delph all start while United's Marcus Rashford is also named in the attack, with Jesse Lingard and Luke Shaw on the bench.
The match starts at 2pm GMT.
