Family of 3 moved to house south of Ottawa

A family of three has been homeless for a short time after a Sunday afternoon fire in the rural countryside of Ottawa.

The fire started at about 3:30 p.m. at a David's Double Floor house near the town of Kemptville, the Ottawa Fire Brigade said in media distribution.

There were teams under control in about 90 minutes.

The fire department said the fears caused a cost of $ 350,000 to $ 400,000.

No injuries were reported. A fire inspector was sent to the scene.
