PETALING JAYA, March 13 – the global crash seems to have hit Gmail and Google Drive with hundreds of users from different countries having submitted access reports. To date, over 600 reports have been recorded over the past 20 minutes.

Gmail users also took social media to complain about problems sending emails. To date, around 47 per cent of complaints are difficult to email.

Depending on a message sent to Google's GSM Standard Dashboard, Gmail appears to be having Gmail.

While the service continues to be considerably higher for many users, the service is scattered. The areas affected so far are parts of North and South America, Europe and Asia.

The company says that it is researching it and will give an update shortly.
