At the end of March a five-person team will be breaking down the barriers, the UBS investment event believes it is bigger than the symbol: It is vital for investors.

Gwynne Shotwell, the president and COO of SpaceX, told CNBC in May that she hoped to inspire women to join space companies. During her teenage years, Shotwell met a woman who was working as a female engineer. This woman became a model of work and that is why Shotwell now runs the day-to-day operations of one of the world's most valuable private companies.
“I think it's important to be as public as I can be and to encourage the women to be with me in this amazing field,” said Shotwell.
In the last month, Virgin Galactic introduced Beth Moses's first astronauts trainer as the company's first light sensor. In addition to the commercial performance, Moses was the first woman to fly in a place on US's commercial spaceship.
"Today, personal ambition in life was achieved," said Moses to CNBC. "But again it was the start of something really good for all humanity – ourselves and other commercial companies, we aim to get people off."
She added: "the airfield is open to all posts." The industry of the sector and of companies internally needs every job, not just engineers or pilots or astronauts, "said Moses.
