On last week's program we covered the lack of evidence supporting the use of fish oil – Omega-3 fatty acid – – supplements for cancer and heart disease prevention.

But a review of the evidence in pregnancy has come up with a different set of findings at least when it comes to the baby's health and risk of prematurity.
