Västerviks-Tidningen is one of the oldest newspapers in Sweden. It was founded by the printed press Carl Olof Ekblad in 1834 as part of the printing process, called Westerwiks Weckoblad. The magazine changed its name to Västerviks-Tidningen in 1919.
Today, the Västerviks-Tidningen is part of the scattered NTM group all over the country, but its core publishing work still contains local news, everyday thinking of the home where we work.
