The European Commission (EC) will impede the unification of France's rail divisions regarding the disturbance of Alstom and Siemens in the German business.
The integration is supported by the French and German governments, as well as Alstom and Siemens. Companies say that the competition will compete with foreign campaigns, such as the Chinese CRRC producer, the CRRC change is close to the doubling of the income expected by the company.
However, the EC was disturbed that a new company would damage a European competition.
"We want strong European companies capable of competing all over the world," said CE commissioner Jean-Claude Juncker on Tuesday. He said, however, that the EC would not allow the policy or choice of the market to be removed.
Siemens and Alstom have offered some of the jobs to provide EC approval.
