Migros: Doris Aebi is leaving Migros

Doris Aebi has been appointed to take on the role of external member for the administration of the Migros Federation Partnership on 30 June 2019.

Doris Aebi has been an external member of Migros's administration since 2003. Since 2004 she was also Vice-President of Administration. Since 2004, she has been a member of the Compensation and Nomination Committee and from 2014 a member of the Strategic Issues Handling Migros Committee (ADH).

Time is not changing. Aebi had also been available for the new president of Migros after the collapse by Andrea Broggini, as Ursula Nold and Jeannine Pilloud. As the former president of Migros, even the main lead in the period was regarded as lead. In conversation with the media, she made it clear she wished to take over the Presidium.

But it came out a lot. The Migros Co-operative Co-operative Society (MGB), the administration and the delegation meeting, suggested that Pilloudl, the former SBB manager, would be the representatives. Then Aebi went away. Nold stood for the election and was finally selected with a good result. It now had 73 to 27 votes against Pilloud.

A representative is likely to be elected in March 2020, according to Migros.
