San Francisco federal judge Charles Breyer has said for the second time that a claim for confidentiality fraud made by Tesla Inc shareholders said the company had made incorrect comments on production quality and electric vehicle model 3.
A judge in the US region joined the electricity company in October 2017. Breuer rejected the first claim in August, but allowed the registration to be registered. again, subject to justification.
A collaborative status bid will share shares with Tesla shareholders from 3 May 2016 to November 1, 2017.
