Is that Deepika Padukone's name in Mehendi on Ranveer Singh's hand?

Today, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh reached Mumbai after tying the knot in Lake Como, Italy. While meeting and greeting the media and fans, we got a close-up of Ranveer Singh's mehendi and we wonder if it has Deepika's name. Read on!

It all began with Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh making an official statement of their wedding on their social media channels. Next, DeepVeer left for Italy and while we were waiting impatiently for their wedding pictures, the couple posted two candid pictures from their wedding on social media. Unlike other B-town weddings that let the social media flood gates open once the wedding is over, DeepVeer's wedding has been a very private affair, with just few pictures from the wedding doing the rounds.

But now that this couple has landed on Indian soil, they clearly can not escape the media and paparazzi and well, we are only too happy. Right after coming out of the airport, Deepika and Ranveer greeted the hundreds of fans waiting patiently to catch a glimpse of their very own Bajirao and his Mastani. Although the couple was almost mobbed by the fans at the airport, but they were all smiles and never for a minute did DeepVeer frown looking at the frenzy so much so that Ranveer turned the perfect bodyguard for Deepika.

Now what caught our attention while Ranveer was waving at the crowd was his mehendi and what has really been on our minds since Day 1 is not Deepika but Ranveer Singh's mehendi. Why? Because we heard that Singh is getting Deepika's name written on his hand in mehendi. While all this while we were only hoping to see a close-up picture of Ranveer's mehendi, today, while waving at the media, we got a close-up view of Ranveer's mehendi. While we try to figure out what is written on his hand, a little help from all you guys will be welcomed. Is the Deepika's name on his hand? During the mehendi ceremony, we had heard that Deepika had a breakdown and Ranveer came to his bride and consoled her.

After the couple left for Italy, first, DeepVeer got married in a four-hour long Konkani-Brahmin ritual and a day later, Deepika and Ranveer exchanged vows as per the Anand Karaj rituals. Post their arrival in Mumbai, the couple will leave for Bengaluru on November 20, 2018, as their reception is dated for November 21, 2018. The one in Bengaluru is on November 21 at The Leela Palace and the one in Mumbai is on November 28 at Grand Hyatt.
