A group of groups from the Plaza arrived in Leary, west of Caracas, to spread the campaigners for a response to a lack of rain and light.
Reports on Twitter show that around 30 to 40 drivers moved to the site to try to scare people. The campaigners try to talk to the furious people so that they can continue with the peaceful complaint.
In areas near the square, people also went on the streets to defend their rights and asked the authorities for their response in service failure.
