President Donald Trump used the Union's Union address on Tuesday to request a bilingual promise to abolish AIDS in the United States within ten years.

"A scientific breach has once been a dream within reach," Trump said in his annual address to Transport.

"Requesting my budget to ask Democrats and Republicans to dedicate their commitment to HIV infection in the United States within 10 years," he said.

"Together, we will put forward AIDS in America and abroad."

Some 38,000 people were arrested by HIV in the United States in 2017, according to government statistics.

This number has declined over the years, but in some communities a booklet has not been abandoned, especially among the Gay, Spanish and Spanish people.

Trump administration was praised last year to cut its budget for the prevention of AIDS, but Congress refused.

"History has no power to do more in order to promote human conditions as an American freedom," said Trump.

"In recent years, we have made amazing progress in the fight against HIV and AIDS."

Trump has queried the case, however, in particular with Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft, who said last year, at two meetings, that Trump needed to help with & # 39; identifying HIV from HPV, another disease that has been pulled into sex.

"Twice, he wanted to find out if there was a difference between HIV and HPV and so I was able to explain that they are not at risk," said Gates.
